Product Marketing Manager

Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire

2Excel Aviation Ltd is a diverse and growing aviation innovation company. The geo team solves problems using advanced remote sensing techniques. We own and operate an airborne sensor suite consisting of survey grade and hyperspectral cameras; this is supported by a range of highly specialised ground based sensors. We process, integrate and analyse this data with a range of other imaging and non-imaging sources to deliver solutions.

We are looking for a product marketing manager who will be positioned in the centre of our development. In specific will have the opportunity to do the following:

  • Work in a start-up environment;
  • Strongly influence the growth and direction of the team;
  • Leverage ground, airborne and satellite sensing for product development;
  • Work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving sector.


  • Lead identification of tenders and grants;
  • Lead submissions of quotations, bids and grant application;
  • Identify and form collaborations and consortiums;
  • Assist in the development of a marketing strategy;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and assess the commercial viability of new products;
  • Engage with potential clients to define product requirements;
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including on social media.


  • STEM background;
  • Experience working in a geospatially led environment;
  • Relevant experience in product management and market analysis;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, GIS toolset and remote sensing data.
